- we assist you to make informed decisions that put you in control of your financial future
- Recommending appropriate strategies to achieve your objectives
- we prepare a personalised financial plan (called a Statement of Advice) for you that clearly explains our proposed strategies and how they will achieve your objectives
- we work with you to implement the recommended strategies, including organising all of the required paperwork, to ensure that this is done in the most straightforward way for you
- Continuing to work with you to ensure that you ‘stay on track’ to achieve your objectives
- we ensure that your financial plan is reviewed and updated on a regular basis to take into account any changes to your position or objectives
