Ben works with aged care providers to optimise their processes and funding by comprehensively understanding Government funding options and linking these to operational processes. He has personally conducted over 1850 resident ACFI reviews across 29 different aged care facilities where his work also involved the following:
- Identification of revenue opportunities through data analysis
- Training and development of the client’s management team and staff
- Preparation and presentation of board reports to the client executive
